Really impressed with Jed North, I’ve got 3 pairs of the “Agile” shorts with zipper pockets and they are excellent. Really comfortable and very flattering. Service was so good also, bearing in mind they are Canada based and I am UK, I ordered on Monday and they were in my hands on Thursday. Thank you.

Oh I’ve also got the joggers too and they are perfect.

There is 0 quality control for this brand, I bought 4 XXL shirts and only 2 of those fit properly. You better hope you're lucky with the order because they do not cover return shipping. (Shipping one shirt back cost me 20$ and the refund will be for 24.99$)
The shirts that actually fit look pretty good but not worth it if you can only use 50% of what you order.

I have never seen worse customer service in my life, you better pray your order comes in and everything suits you to perfection because you can forget trying to return items or talk to someone

I got most of my items for 5-10$, so in that sense I got what I paid for in terms of quality, BUT if I had paid full price I’d be pissed. The leggings and shorts are see through (colour wise and thin material). One pair of leggings shipped with a massive hole from a ripped seam. Sizing all over the place. The sports bras are nice. The shirts are flimsy, thin, nothing special. Would only order from here if you can get it for a way cheaper price.

bad, horrible customer service.

Their mesh razorback stringers are by far my favorite product from there, they're all i want to wear at the gym now. Additionally when i had a problem with the sizing of one of my orders not only did they refund the purchase, but they also let me keep the original item. That gesture of good faith is what keeps me coming back to Jed North over more established brands.

The items purchased seem to be of good quality, so I recommend Jed North.

Ordered 3 pairs of joggers based on their sizing and they were way too big. We ordered 3 pairs in a smaller size and started the return process. The return label was provided by the company via email and was a 3 day priority label to their Niagara Falls operations. We hadn’t heard anything after more than a week of it being received At their facility. I made multiple attempts through different avenues on their website to contact them to get status. It was not contacted until I made my original review on this site that I was contacted. I was told like other reviewers that they didn’t have the information needed to find the order I was discussing. Which is moot as all the other direct messages that were sent via their website had our specific order numbers and contact info. I was asked if I had a copy of the return label so I went a step further and also sent a screenshot of the Usps tracking info with the date they had received it. Several days later I got a response stating their Niagara Falls operation had received it and they send batches from Niagara to the return operation in Canada every 2-3 weeks and then I’d be notified at that stage of the process. Well finally we received our refund and I will say we received the whole refund without being charged a restocking fee. My husband likes the pants but unfortunately due to the way the sizing is terribly off and the whole mess of the return process we will not purchase from jednorth again.

Beware sizing is way off on many items
And their return policy is terrible and unfair regarding sale items . Remember this is on line shopping and nothing beats seeing the goods and trying things on.
I would give them no stars if I could but I guess the colour was right !!!!!

Outstanding fit, quality, value and customer service.

A problem with one item was INSTANTLY resolved in an over-the-top outstanding way.
